Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BluePrintStudiol website at blueprintstudiol.com.ua (the "Site") and your engagement with any services offered by BluePrintStudiol LLC ("BluePrintStudiol", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site or engage our services.
1. About BluePrintStudiol
BluePrintStudiol LLC is a limited liability company registered under the laws of Ukraine, with its registered office at 7 Instytutska St, Kyiv 01021, Ukraine. We provide architectural design, structural engineering, interior architecture and related professional services to clients in Ukraine and internationally.
2. Use of the website
2.1 Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The Site is intended for informational purposes, to allow you to learn about our services and to contact us with project enquiries.
2.2 Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Ukrainian law or any other applicable national or international law or regulation.
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional material or spam.
- Knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Site or its content without our express written permission.
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to collect data from the Site beyond standard indexing by search engines.
3. Services
3.1 Nature of services
BluePrintStudiol provides professional architectural and engineering services as agreed in a separate written contract or letter of appointment issued for each project. These Terms govern use of the Site and form the baseline for your relationship with us; however, the specific scope, deliverables, fees, programme and responsibilities for any professional engagement are set out in that project-specific agreement, which takes precedence where any conflict arises.
3.2 Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry or project brief through the Site does not create a contract for services and does not obligate BluePrintStudiol to proceed. A binding contract arises only upon execution of a written letter of appointment or service agreement signed by an authorised representative of BluePrintStudiol LLC.
3.3 Professional standards
All architectural and engineering services are performed by licensed professionals and in accordance with applicable Ukrainian State Building Norms (DBN) and relevant professional practice standards of the Union of Architects of Ukraine and the Engineering Association of Ukraine.
4. Intellectual property
4.1 Website content
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photographs, project images, design concepts, logos and the BluePrintStudiol brand identity — is owned by or licensed to BluePrintStudiol LLC and is protected under Ukrainian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
4.2 Project deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed in writing in a project agreement, BluePrintStudiol retains copyright in all architectural drawings, specifications, reports, models and other design documents produced by us. Clients are granted a licence to use those documents for the specific project described in the agreement, and for no other purpose.
4.3 Client materials
By sharing site surveys, existing drawings, images, documents or other materials with us, you represent that you own or have the right to provide those materials and you grant BluePrintStudiol a non-exclusive licence to use them for the purposes of the relevant project or enquiry.
5. Disclaimers
The Site and its contents are provided on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, we make no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability of the information on the Site for any particular purpose.
Any information on the Site relating to architectural or engineering matters is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. You should seek specific professional advice for your particular project and circumstances.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Ukraine:
- BluePrintStudiol LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including loss of data, revenue or profits.
- Our total liability in connection with the Site (as distinct from our professional services, which are governed by the relevant project contract) shall not exceed UAH 5,000.
- We do not accept liability for any disruption, interruption or errors in the availability of the Site, or for damage caused by viruses or other harmful components that may affect your device when using the Site.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Ukrainian law.
7. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These are provided for convenience only. BluePrintStudiol has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after the date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
